Where is your stock held?
All products available to buy from our on-line shop are stored in the UK ready for immediate dispatch. All customs and excise duties, and VAT due on our imports from China have been paid for by us upon arrival in the UK. The payment you make at checkout is the only payment that you will be liable for.
What does "trade only" mean?
We sell our products on the understanding that they are being purchased with the intent to re-sell. Although we mainly sell to other businesses we also sell to casual traders who do not operate a registered business. Please be aware that because we sell on a trade only basis you will not be covered by the same rights as a consumer customer is entitled to. Please read our terms and conditions, exchange, and refund policies before agreeing to them, and before purchasing goods from us.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments, telephone payments, and payment by PayPal electronic invoice. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Eurocard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal debit cards. Customers can also pay for their purchases using their PayPal account.
What are your delivery charges, and where do you deliver to?
You can view our delivery rates, where we deliver to, and additional delivery information by visiting our "delivery policy" pages. The standard rate for each of our delivery destinations applies to all orders irrespective of the size, or weight of the order.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No we do not have a minimum order amount. We do though have a minimum order quantity on selected, mainly lower priced products.
Do you provide a drop-shipping service?
Yes we do. Customers who wish to re-sell our products in advance of purchasing them are free to do so, and are welcome to use our images, and product descriptions on their own e-commerce platform. If you are re-selling in this way you must register an account with us, and get in touch by e-mail or by phone to discuss your requirements. We will be able to arrange quick delivery of any purchases, and may be able to assign a personal delivery rate based on single product purchases.

Yes it is. Our on-line sales are handled by our payment partners secure payment systems, and customers personal and banking information that is sent is encrypted. Jade Bagua Ltd do not have any access to your bank account information, or your debit and credit card details when you make a purchase directly from this website.
The safety and security of our customers, and their personal and financial information is extremely important to us. All personal, banking and financial information entered by our customers on this website is encrypted with SHA-2, 256-Bit encryption. This website is PCI compliant, and works to level 1 standards.

How should I wash my clothing purchases?
We recommend that all pure silk clothing, silk brocade clothing, and silk brocade soft furnishings, are washed using dry clean only. In all other cases follow any washing or cleaning instructions that are supplied with your purchases.
