Delivery Information

The above delivery charges apply for all orders irrespective of the size, or the weight of your order.

Please note: Guaranteed next day delivery requests must be received before 1pm. Orders with a next day delivery will be received on the next working day. If an order is placed on a Friday with a next day delivery request, it will be dispatched on the Friday but will only be delivered on the following Monday after the weekend.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders on the same day that they are received. During busy times, and holiday periods it may take up to 24 hours to process and dispatch your order.

When will I receive my order?

Standard (2nd class) delivery to mainland UK addresses, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are normally delivered within 2-3 working days from the day after the dispatch date.

First class delivery to mainland UK addresses, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are normally delivered within 1-2 working days from the day after the dispatch date.

The above delivery schedules are estimated timescales. Where an estimated timescale for delivery is provided, this is an estimate only and your delivery may be delayed in being received due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, or during busy times).

Please note: For delivery purposes a working week is from Monday to Friday excluding United Kingdom bank holidays.

International deliveries:

We deliver to most overseas destinations. All our international deliveries are sent using a tracking service and must be signed for on delivery at the supplied delivery address. Delivery times to most overseas destinations are normally between 8 and 15 working days. Jade Bagua Ltd will not bear any responsibility for customs duty or any other local charges that may be incurred in the destination country.

We deliver to most overseas destinations but if you do not see your country of residence listed during the checkout process then please contact us and we will do our best to add your country to our list.
