Are you a UK based company:
Yes. We are located in Coulby Newham on the outskirts of Middlesbrough, in the North East of England.
Where is your stock held:
All products available to buy from our on-line shop are stored in the UK, and are ready for immediate delivery. All products available to purchase are stored, and packaged by ourselves. Unlike other on-line retailers, we do not use a third party, or dropshipper to supply products to our customers on our behalf.
What are your delivery charges:
Delivery to all UK postal addresses is free. The price displayed next to our products is the price you pay at checkout. Please click here for details of the overseas countries that we deliver to, and for a list of our international postage costs. Our orders are all dispatched using Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and they are sent using a recorded delivery service.
What are your delivery times:
Orders received before 2pm (Monday - Friday), are normally dispatched the same day. Any Order received before 10am on a Saturday are normally dispatched the same day. Our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, or Parcelforce first class recorded delivery, and are sent using a "signed for" service. Royal Mail and Parcelforce special delivery is available if next day, or saturday delivery is required. Please click here to purchase our special delivery options.
International purchases:
We deliver to most overseas destinations. All our international deliveries are sent using a tracking service, and must be signed for on delivery at the supplied delivery address. Our preferred payment gateway for international deliveries is Paypal. Delivery times to most overseas destinations are normally between 8, and 15 working days. Jade Bagua will not bear any responsibility for customs duty, or any other local charges that may be incurred in the destination country. You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit or debit card when paying for your purchases using Paypal. Why do you have a minimum order amount of £5.00:
There is a minimum order amount of £5.00 when shopping with us. This is because we offer free delivery to all UK postal addresses, and send out our orders using a recorded delivery service. It is not cost effective to send out an order with a value below £5.00 and this minimum order amount allows us to continue offering our free postage service to all UK postal addresses.
What if my goods arrive damaged:
In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are damaged we ask that you inform us in writing by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please return the goods to us within 7 days, and we will then arrange to replace the damaged items, or refund the cost of the damaged items if requested. We strongly advise that you return items using recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for any items that are lost in the post. All refunds will be made to the credit or debit card which was used in the original transaction. Under no circumstances will we refund any card other than the card used to make the original purchases. When a customer decides to return the damaged items for a refund rather than a product exchange, we respectfully ask that any free gifts or special offer items that were sent are returned unused, and in the condition that they were sent by us. Failure to return any of these items may result in the customer being charged the full replacement cost of the items.
What if i change my mind:
We offer a full refund service if you change your mind and return your unwanted item. If you are returning items for this reason we ask that you inform us in writing by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order and return the goods within 7 days of receiving them. Items must be returned unused, and in the condition they were received. Only items returned in the condition that they were sent will qualify for a refund. It is very important that when trying on clothing you do so in a smoke free enviroment and that all make up or perfume is removed before trying on any item of clothing. Any items of clothing returned with the odour of cigarette smoke, perfume or make up on them will not qualify for a refund. We strongly suggest that you return all items using recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for any returned items that are lost in the post. Customers who place special orders where clothing or jewellery items are custom made will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances other than items damaged or "not as described". Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any pierced jewellery due to health and hygiene reasons. All refunds will be made to the credit or debit card which was used in the original transaction. Under no circumstances will we pay a refund onto a card other than the one which was used to make the purchases. In the event that the customer returns items for a refund, we ask that any free gifts, or special offer items are returned unused, and in the condition that they were sent. Failure to return any of these items may result in the customer being charged the full replacement cost of the items.
How should i wash my clothing purchases:
We recommend that all Pure Silk clothing, Silk Brocade clothing, and Silk Brocade soft furnishings, are washed using dry clean only. In all other cases follow any washing or cleaning instructions that are supplied with your purchases.
Is it safe to shop with you:
Absolutely yes. Our on-line sales are handled by our payment partners secure payment system, and all personal and banking information that is sent is encrypted. Jade Bagua Imports do not have access to your bank account information, or debit and credit card details. The safety, and security of our customers personal and financial information is extremely important to us. Please take the time to read our "making payments" pages, for detailed information regarding our payment partners and policies.
What information about me do you hold:
When you make an order Jade Bagua will have access to your name and address, your telephone contact number, and your e-mail address. These are the minimum items of information that we require to process and despatch your order to you. Once an order has been dispatched to our customers, we will keep this information on file for 7 days only. After this time it will be deemed that the order has been completed, and we will delete this information from our system. Jade Bagua Imports respects your privacy and we comply with the UK data protection act 1998.

Neccessary cookies: These cookies are essential, and enable you to move around the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the website.
