Hand painted and signed by the artist, this colourful little Chinese watercolour painting shows Chinese peaches growing on a fruit tree branch. Peaches are often depicted in traditional Chinese paintings, and they symbolise justice, and "everything that is right". Peaches also have strong feng shui symbolism and are one of the three abundances or "three plenties". As such it is believed that peaches represent immortality or longevity. This simply painted Chinese watercolour is sold unframed, and is mounted onto a piece of thin card.
