We ask that you only purchase our "weekday" next day delivery service if you are placing your order before 14:00hrs Monday - Thursday. This will give us time to process and package your order and meet the Royal Mail deadline for receiving "next day deliveries".
For orders placed for a next day delivery with a "Saturday guarantee" we ask that your order is placed before 14:00hrs on Friday. This will give us time to process and package your order and meet the Royal Mail deadline for receiving "Saturday guarantee" next day deliveries.
Please make sure that you select the correct delivery option as failure to do so may result in your order being cancelled and your credit / debit card being refunded.
Deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by Royal Mail before 1pm the next day. In the event that your delivery does not arrive before 1pm the next day we will refund the full amount paid for the guaranteed next day delivery to your credit or debit card.
